Hello Lovely Humans,
Many health routines assume the body functions the same way every day. But your body moves through rhythms.
Hormones rise and fall across the month, influencing energy, appetite, mood and focus. When you begin to understand these patterns, something powerful happens. You stop fighting your body and begin supporting it.
Eating through your cycle is not about strict rules. It is about listening, noticing and adjusting with care.
The Four Phases of Your Cycle
Your menstrual cycle moves through four phases.
Menstrual phase
A time for rest, nourishment and restoration.
Follicular phase
Energy begins to rise and the body becomes more responsive to lighter foods and fresh ingredients.
Ovulation phase
Confidence, clarity and social energy often peak.
Luteal phase
The body prepares for rest and nourishment becomes even more important.
Each phase invites different rhythms of nourishment.
A Gentle Starting Point
Instead of overhauling your entire diet, begin by observing.
Notice how your hunger changes across the month. Notice which foods feel supportive and which leave you feeling drained.
Cycle awareness invites curiosity rather than control.

A Small Practice
