Hello Lovely Humans,
If you have been feeling overwhelmed, distracted or emotionally exhausted lately, I want you to know something.
You are not falling behind.
You are just living on autopilot.
And it happens to all of us.
Intentional Living is not about having a perfect routine or waking up at 5am and drinking green juice. It is about choosing your life on purpose. It is about making decisions that match who you are and who you are becoming.
So, today’s newsletter is not a lesson. It is an experience.
Grab your journal and let’s reset.
What Intentional Living Really Means?
Intentional Living means you stop letting your days happen to you. You start asking:
Why am I doing this?
Is this aligned with my values?
Is this version of my life supporting the version of me I want to become?
Because when you live without intention, you can have everything and still feel empty.
When you live with intention, your life starts to feel like it belongs to you.
The Intentional Living Reset (Journal Session)
Light a candle. Pour tea. Put your phone on silent.
Give yourself 10 to 15 minutes of peace.
Then answer these prompts slowly and honestly.
Part 1: Check in with Your Life
What feels heavy in my life right now?
List what has been weighing on you mentally, emotionally or physically.
What feels peaceful in my life right now?
Even if it is something small like your bed, music, silence or a morning walk.
What am I currently tolerating that I know I should change?
This question always reveals the truth.
What area of my life needs the most attention right now?
Choose one: Health, Wellness, Self-Care, Finances, Relationships, Career, Spiritual Life or Personal Growth.
Part 2: Identify Your Patterns
What is draining my energy the most?
Be specific. People, habits, environments, routines and even thoughts.
What am I doing out of obligation instead of desire?
This is where burnout begins.
What do I keep avoiding because it requires discipline?
This question separates the old life from the new one.
What do I do that makes me feel like I am losing myself?
This could be overworking, overspending, over giving or overexplaining.
Part 3: Clarify Your Values
Intentional Living starts when your life matches your values.
What are my top 5 values right now?
Examples: Peace. Stability. Growth. Femininity. Freedom. Faith. Health. Wealth. Family. Confidence.
Does my current lifestyle match these values?
Answer honestly.
What would my life look like if I truly honored my values daily?
Describe it like a vision.
Part 4: Redesign Your Days
What would make my day feel more intentional?
Examples: Waking up 20 minutes earlier, preparing meals, moving my body, having less screen time, setting boundaries at work or slowing down at night.
What is one habit I need to remove to create space?
Intentional Living is not only about adding. It is also about releasing.
What is one habit I need to add to create structure?
Structure creates softness.
What is one boundary I need to enforce immediately?
Example: No answering messages during my rest time.
Part 5: Become Her (Identity Shift Prompts)
Who am I becoming in this season of my life?
Write her description.
What would the best version of me stop doing immediately?
This is a powerful question.
What would the best version of me start doing consistently?
Even if it is uncomfortable.
What does she prioritize?
Health? Peace? Wealth building? Self-Respect? Rest?
What does she no longer negotiate?
Your standards reveal your future.
The Weekly Intentional Living Action Plan
Now take everything you wrote and turn it into something simple.
This week I will focus on:
Write one main focus area.
I will stop:
Write one thing.
I will start:
Write one thing.
My non-negotiable boundary is:
Write one boundary.
The version of me I am choosing is:
Write one sentence like an affirmation.
Example: I am choosing the version of me who moves with purpose and protects her peace.
Midweek Reset Challenge
For the next 7 days:
✔ Every morning ask: What do I need today?
✔ Every night ask: Did I live today with intention?
✔ Choose one intentional action daily even if it is small.
Because small intentional actions repeated daily create a completely different life.
Soft Reminder Before You Go
Intentional Living is not loud.
It is not rushed.
It is not chaotic.
It is quiet.
It is disciplined.
It is sacred.
You do not need a new life. You need a new way of choosing.
Until we meet again. Move with purpose. Protect your peace. And remember you are allowed to create a life that feels like home.
