For many women this experience occurs during the ovulatory phase.  

During this time estrogen levels rise and the body often supports greater clarity, communication and social energy.  

This phase invites outward expression and connection.  

Understanding this rhythm allows you to use the natural strengths of this time rather than pushing against your body’s patterns. 

Understanding the Ovulatory Phase  

Ovulation occurs around the middle of the menstrual cycle. Hormone levels support heightened energy, focus and communication, which can make this phase feel more expansive. 

Many women experience:  

  • Increased confidence and self-expression 

  • Greater ease in conversation and collaboration 

  • Clearer thinking and decision making 

  • A natural desire for connection and creativity 

These shifts can create an ideal environment for certain activities that benefit from outward energy. 

Using This Energy Intentionally  

The ovulatory phase can be a supportive time for:  

  • Meetings, presentations and collaborative work 

  • Creative brainstorming or planning 

  • Social gatherings and networking 

  • Communicating ideas that feel important  

Of course, every cycle and every individual is different. 

The goal is not to schedule life rigidly around your cycle but to recognize when certain types of energy are naturally available. 

Staying Balanced During High Energy 

While this phase often brings confidence and momentum, it is still important to maintain balance. 

Supporting yourself during ovulation may include: 

  • Staying hydrated throughout the day 

  • Eating balanced meals to sustain energy 

  • Moving your body through exercise or outdoor activity 

  • Protecting moments of quiet even during busy days  

Energy feels best when it is supported with care. 

A Gentle Practice  

If you notice your energy rising this week, consider using it for something meaningful. 

  • Start the project you have been thinking about. 

  • Reach out to someone you would like to connect with. 

  • Share an idea that has been waiting 

 Sometimes the right moment is simply the moment when your body feels ready.
